- Today was tally mark day... for students to mark tallies on their tests to remind themselves to check for then silly, careless mistakes they have been making lately. Studetns were given sentences they will have to write on the test next week, and they were encouraged to find as many mistakes as possible, and fix them, so that they wouldn't get a tally mark for each mistake made. 7th hour made the fewest mistakes!!
- Students also received a fun sheet, showing Spanish abbreviations for texting in Spanish, and they practiced sending Spanish phone texts.
- Many students still owe the 3.1 vocab packet and sentences, that were due yesterday..
- The exercises from last Thursday will now be due tomorrow, and we will go over them in class.
- The next chapter test will be split into two days: Listening and reading comprehension on Monday, Apr 30th, Grammar, writing, and personal questions on Tuesday, Apr 30th.
- Students received the study guide today, and we will be spending the week reviewing this short chapter.
- Students made flash cards for their new city words. They will have a quiz on these in a few weeks.
