Spanish I:
- Students finished their bell work sheet of the week, which was finding the correct form of the verb "llevar" and we went over it in class. Students need to look at the subject of the verb, ask themselves if it is "i, you, he, she, we, you all, or they" and then pick the right ending of the verb.
Ex. Ana = she. Ana lleva una camisa.
Ana y yo = we. Ana y yo llevamos unas camisas.
Ana y tú = you all (vosotros in Spain or ustedes in the other Spanish-speaking countries)
Ana y tú lleváis (or llevan) unas camisas.
Ana y Jaime = they. Ana y Jaime llevan unas camisas.
- Students continued working on their poem/song. It is due next Wednesday. Students can either write out a neat copy on white paper and decorate it with drawings, or they can type it out in the lab tomorrow and decorate it with clip art.
